Water - Every 20 seconds a child dies of illness related to water.
- 890 million people lack access to safe water.
- 2.5 billion people do not have a bath.
- $ 25 dollars a person given to water for life.
- 200 million hours of work per day are consumed every day to fetch water.
- Most of the world's diseases are caused by fecal matter.
- More people on Earth have cell phones than baths.
- Water and sanitation crisis are responsible for more loss of life that deaths from firearms occurred.
- On average, a woman in adeveloping country walks 3.7 miles a day to collect water.
- When the rain falls from the sky is free. Take her to where families need is a cost in time and money.
- On average, each U.S. dollar invested in water and sanitation provide a financial reimbursement of U.S. $ 3.34.
- In one day, women around the world employ more than 200 million hours to collect agua.Esta productivity loss is much greater than the numbers of hours worked in a week for employees of Wal-Mart, United Parcel Service, McDonald's, IBM, Target and Kroger all combined.
